We're thrilled to share that Automotus has been selected to join the AWS Sustainable Cities program to advance innovative transportation solutions that help cities tackle climate and sustainability challenges.
Automotus is one of 12 global companies participating in the program's first Mobility & Transportation cohort, which received hundreds of applications representing 19 countries. The program is designed to drive technical and commercial milestones by leveraging cutting-edge technologies from AWS in support of developing solutions for sustainable cities.
From energy transformation to mobility and transportation, clean tech investment and innovation is surging. With the support of AWS, Automotus will be able to connect with public sector customers and explore new machine learning and computing functions that will advance our technology and the capabilities of smart curb management in our markets. AWS will also offer each cohort member up to $100,000 in AWS Promotional Credits through AWS Activate to experiment with and accelerate how they transform their data and operations in the cloud.
The six-week program will culminate with the AWS Sustainable Cities Demo Day on September 7, where Automotus will showcase our technology in person at the Evergreen Climate Innovations Co_Invest Day.
